Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

At MELOVME, we want every order to feel as good as the products inside it. Here is exactly how shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds work, so you always know what to expect.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1.Shipping

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location and our courier partners.
You can follow your order anytime in My Orders. Once it ships, your tracking number appears there too.

2.Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped: open it in My Orders and tap “Cancel order”.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Paid online? We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Cash on delivery? There's nothing to pay.

3.Returns & Replacements

For hygiene and safety, body care products can't be returned once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, leaking or incorrect.
If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.
An unboxing video, recorded from opening the sealed package, is required for any claim of missing, leaking, broken or incorrect items.
Once we verify your claim, we send you a replacement at no extra cost. Incorrect items must be unused, in their original packaging.

4.Refunds

Refunds apply to orders cancelled before shipping and are made to your original payment method only (UPI, card or bank account).
Once we start a refund, it usually reaches your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Delivered orders are not refunded; damaged, leaking or incorrect items are replaced instead (see Returns & Replacements).
Cash on delivery orders cancelled before shipping are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
