We only ask for what we need to get your order to you, and we treat it with care. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

1.What we collect

Your mobile number, to log you in with a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS.
Your name and delivery addresses, to deliver your orders and contact you about them.
Your orders: what you bought, the amount, how you paid (for example UPI or card) and the delivery status.
Reviews you write, shown with the name you choose, and messages you send us through the contact form (name, email, phone and message).

2.How we use it

To process, pack, deliver and support your orders, including cancellations, replacements and refunds.
To send you updates about your orders by phone or WhatsApp, and to reply to your messages.
To keep your account secure and prevent fraud.
We never sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

3.Payments

Online payments are handled securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway.
We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login details.
We keep only the payment reference and method (for example “PhonePe · UPI”), to match payments to orders and to make refunds.

5.Cookies & your browser

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser, not on our servers, so they stay on your device.

6.Your choices & rights

You can see and update your name in your profile, and your delivery addresses at checkout, at any time.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
We handle your information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of this page.
